English Translation

Hasan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us, he said: "I asked Jabir (رضي الله عنه) about prostration. He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanding that one should be balanced in prostration, and that a man should not spread his forearms on the ground like a dog spreads its forelegs.'"
