حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَ
بْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ أَوْ قَالَ نَكَحَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ

English Translation
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Hammam ibn Yahya informed us, from al-Qasim ibn 'Abd al-Wahid, from 'Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn 'Aqil, from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Any slave who marries without the permission of his master is a fornicator.'
