حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد

ُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي يَوْمِ عِيدٍ بَدَأَ بِالصَّلَاةِ قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ

English Translation

'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, 'Abd al-Malik narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Jabir (رضي الله عنه) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of Eid; he began with the prayer before the sermon, without any adhan or iqamah.
