حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ بْنُ أَبِي الْوَضَّاحِ ع
َنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ أَرْبَعًا وَيَقُولُ إِنَّ أَبْوَابَ السَّمَاءِ تُفْتَحُ فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ أُقَدِّمَ فِيهَا عَمَلًا صَالِحًا

English Translation
Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Muslim ibn Abi al-Waddah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Karim, from Mujahid, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Sa'ib who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray four rak'ahs before the Zuhr prayer after the sun passed its zenith. He said: 'It is an hour in which the gates of heaven are opened, and I love that a righteous deed of mine ascends during it.'
