حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ فِرَ

اسٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ مُطِيعُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ لَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُقْتَلَ قُرَشِيٌّ بَعْدَ يَوْمِهِ هَذَا صَبْرًا

English Translation
Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham Abu al-Hasan narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us, from Firas, from al-Sha'bi who said: Muti' ibn al-Aswad said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said on the day of the Conquest: 'No Qurayshi shall be killed while bound [as a captive] after today until the Day of Resurrection.'
