حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ عَفَّانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَل
َّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يُجْلَسَ بَيْنَ الضِّحِّ وَالظِّلِّ وَقَالَ مَجْلِسُ الشَّيْطَانِ

English Translation
Bahz and 'Affan both (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that hammam narrated to us — 'Affan said in his narration: Qatadah narrated to us — from Kathir, from Abu 'Iyad, from a man among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, that the Prophet ﷺ prayed and forgot [the correct number of rak'ahs], so he performed two prostrations of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw).
