حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أ
َبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُلْتَزِمًا الْبَابَ مَا بَيْنَ الْحَجَرِ وَالْبَابِ وَرَأَيْتُ النَّاسَ مُلْتَزِمِينَ الْبَيْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

English Translation
Ahmad ibn al-Hajjaj narrated to us, Jarir ibn 'Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from Mujahid, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Safwan who said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ clinging to the door, between the door and the Black Stone corner, and his chest and face and arms were pressed against it — he was doing iltizam [embracing the Ka'bah].'
