حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ قُرَّةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم
َ فَاسْتَأْذَنْتُهُ أَنْ أُدْخِلَ يَدِي فِي جُرُبَّانِهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَيَدْعُو لِي فَمَا مَنَعَهُ أَنْ أَلْمِسَهُ أَنْ دَعَا لِي قَالَ فَوَجَدْتُ عَلَى نُغْضِ كَتِفِهِ مِثْلَ السِّلْعَةِ حَدَّثَنَا هُوَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ قُرَّةَ فَهُوَ مِنْ تَتِمَّةِ حَدِيثِ قُرَّةَ لَا أَنَّهُ صَحَابِيٌّ آخَرُ

English Translation
Rawḥ narrated to us: Qurrah ibn Khālid narrated to us, saying: I heard Muʿāwiyah ibn Qurrah narrating from his father [Qurrah ibn Iyās] (رضي الله عنه) who said: I came to the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ and asked his permission to insert my hand into his shirt collar, and he was supplicating for me and for my son. He ﷺ wiped my face and made supplication for me with blessing.
