حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ع

َنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَابِعُوا بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ فَإِنَّ مُتَابَعَةً بَيْنَهُمَا تَنْفِي الْفَقْرَ وَالذُّنُوبَ كَمَا يَنْفِي الْكِيرُ خَبَثَ الْحَدِيدِ

English Translation

ʿAbd al-Razzāq narrated to us: Ibn Jurayj informed us, from ʿĀṣim ibn ʿUbaydillāh, from ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿĀmir ibn Rabīʿah, from his father [ʿĀmir ibn Rabīʿah] (رضي الله عنه) who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'Alternate between Ḥajj and ʿUmrah, for they remove poverty and sins just as the bellows removes impurities from iron, gold, and silver. And an accepted Ḥajj has no reward except Paradise.'
