حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ جَارِيَةً لَهُمْ سَوْدَاءَ ذَكَّتْ شَاةً لَهُمْ بِمَرْوَةٍ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَهُ بِأَكْلِهَا
English Translation
Abū Muʿāwiyah narrated to us: Ḥajjāj narrated to us, from Nāfiʿ, from Ibn Kaʿb ibn Mālik, from his father [Kaʿb ibn Mālik] (رضي الله عنه) that a black slave girl of theirs slaughtered a sheep for them with a sharp stone. He asked the Prophet ﷺ about that, and he ordered them to eat it.
