حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ر

َسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى عَنْ الْخَرْصِ وَقَالَ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ هَلَكَ التَّمْرُ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مَالَ أَخِيهِ بِالْبَاطِلِ

English Translation
Hasan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us, from Jabir (رضي الله عنه) that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibiting estimation (of dates on the tree for sale). He said: 'Do you think if the dates perish, would one of you like to consume his brother's wealth without right? Then do not do it.'
