English Translation
Ishaq ibn 'Isa narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn 'Aqil, from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I have been commanded to fight the people until they say La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah). Once they say it, their blood and their wealth are protected from me, except by its right, and their reckoning is with Allah (عز وجل).'
