حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ جَرْهَدٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَا
بِ الصُّفَّةِ قَالَ جَلَسَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَأَى فَخِذِي مُنْكَشِفَةً فَقَالَ خَمِّرْ عَلَيْكَ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْفَخِذَ عَوْرَةٌ

English Translation
Isḥāq ibn ʿĪsā narrated to us, he said: Mālik informed me, from Abū al-Naḍr, from Zurʿah ibn Jarhad al-Aslamī, from his father — and he was one of the Companions of the Ṣuffah — who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ sat down and saw my thigh uncovered. He said: 'Do you not know that the thigh is ʿawrah?'
