قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِب
ِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّصْرِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ اللَّيْثِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ

English Translation
Ibrāhīm ibn Abī al-ʿAbbās narrated to us: Muḥammad ibn Ḥarb al-Khawlānī narrated to me: ʿUmar ibn Ruʾbah al-Taghlibī narrated to me, from ʿAbd al-Wāḥid ibn ʿAbdullāh al-Naṣrī, from Wāthilah ibn al-Asqaʿ al-Laythī, who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'A woman inherits in three cases: her freed slave, her foundling, and her child regarding whom she performed liʿān (mutual cursing oath).'
