حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَن
َا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِذِي الْمَجَازِ يَدْعُو النَّاسَ وَخَلْفَهُ رَجُلٌ أَحْوَلُ يَقُولُ لَا يَصُدَّنَّكُمْ هَذَا عَنْ دِينِ آلِهَتِكُمْ قُلْتُ مَنْ هَذَا قَالُوا هَذَا عَمُّهُ أَبُو لَهَبٍ

English Translation
ʿAbdullāh narrated to us: Muḥammad ibn Bashshār Bundār narrated to us: ʿAbd al-Wahhāb narrated to us: Muḥammad ibn ʿAmr narrated to us, from Muḥammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Rabīʿah ibn ʿAbbād, who said: I saw the Prophet ﷺ at Dhū al-Majāz calling the people, and behind him was a cross-eyed man saying: 'Do not let this one divert you from the religion of your gods!' I said: 'Who is this?' They said: 'This is his uncle Abū Lahab.'
