قَالَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَأَلَ رَج

ُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيَتَوَضَّأُ أَحَدُنَا إِذَا مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ قَالَ إِنَّمَا هُوَ بَضْعَةٌ مِنْكَ أَوْ جَسَدِكَ

English Translation
Ḥammād ibn Khālid narrated to us, he said: Ayyūb ibn ʿUtbah narrated to us, from Qays ibn Ṭalq, from his father who said: A man asked the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ: Should one of us perform wuḍūʾ if he touches his private part? He said: "It is merely a piece of you" — or — "of your body."
