حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَجْزَةَ السَّعْدِيِّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُم

َرُ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ دَعَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِطَعَامٍ يَأْكُلُهُ فَقَالَ ادْنُ فَسَمِّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَكُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ

English Translation

ʿAbdullāh said: I read upon my father: Mūsā ibn Dāwūd, he said: Sulaymān ibn Bilāl narrated to us, from Abū Wajzah al-Saʿdī who said: ʿUmar ibn Abī Salamah informed me, he said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ invited me to eat with him and said: "Come closer, say the name of Allāh عز وجل, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is nearest to you."
