حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ الْحَارِث
ِ بْنِ بِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَسْخُ الْحَجِّ لَنَا خَاصَّةً أَمْ لِلنَّاسِ عَامَّةً قَالَ بَلْ لَنَا خَاصَّةً

English Translation
Surayj ibn al-Nuʿmān narrated to us, he said: ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz — meaning Ibn Muḥammad — narrated to us, he said: Ibn Rabīʿah ibn Abī ʿAbd al-Raḥmān informed me, from al-Ḥārith ibn Bilāl, from his father, who said: I said: 'O Messenger of Allāh, is the dissolution of Ḥajj (into ʿUmrah) exclusively for us or for all people?' He said: 'It is exclusively for us.'
