قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعَهُ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ وَيس وَالْقُرْآنِ الْحَكِيمِ
English Translation
Yūnus narrated to us, Abū ʿAwānah narrated to us, from Simāk ibn Ḥarb, from a man from the people of Madīnah, that he prayed behind the Prophet ﷺ and heard him reciting in the Fajr prayer Sūrah Qāf — 'By the Glorious Qurʾān' — and Sūrah Yā-Sīn — 'By the Wise Qurʾān.'
