قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَقَالَ غُنْدَرٌ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُحَمّ
َدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ أَحْجَارِ الزَّيْتِ يَدْعُو بِكَفَّيْهِ قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ وَرَفَعَ شُعْبَةُ كَفَّيْهِ وَبَسَطَهُمَا

English Translation
Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, he said: Shuʿbah narrated to us — and Ḥajjāj said: Shuʿbah informed us — from ʿAbd Rabbihi ibn Saʿīd — and Ghundar said: ʿAbd Rabbihi ibn Saʿīd — from Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm, he said: One who had seen the Prophet ﷺ informed me — at Aḥjār al-Zayt (the Stones of Oil) — that he was supplicating with his palms. Ḥajjāj said: Shuʿbah raised his palms and spread them open.
