‏ ‏قَالَ ‏ ‏وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لِلْقَوْمِ ‏ ‏مَنْ وَحَّدَ اللَّهَ وَكَفَرَ بِمَا يُعْبَدُ مِنْ دُونِهِ حَرُمَ مَالُهُ وَدَمُهُ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ‏

English Translation

And he (Ṭāriq ibn Ashyam) said: I heard him (the Prophet ﷺ) saying to the people: 'Whoever declares the oneness of Allāh and disbelieves in whatever is worshipped besides Him, his wealth and his blood become inviolable, and his reckoning is with Allāh عز وجل.'
