قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ

الْأَسَدِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ نَجَّادٍ عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رُدُّوا السَّائِلَ وَلَوْ بِظِلْفٍ مُحْتَرِقٍ أَوْ مُحْرَقٍ

English Translation

Wakīʿ narrated to us, he said: Sufyān narrated to us, from Manṣūr ibn Ḥayyān al-Asadī, from Ibn Najjād, from his grandmother, she said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: Give something to the beggar, even if it is a burnt hoof.
