حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الصّ
َعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِحِمَارِ وَحْشٍ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ إِنَّا حُرُمٌ لَا نَأْكُلُ الصَّيْدَ

English Translation
ʿAbdullāh narrated to us, he said: Muḥammad ibn Sulaymān narrated to us, he said: Ḥammād ibn Zayd narrated to us, from ʿAmr ibn Dīnār, from Ibn ʿAbbās, from al-Ṣaʿb ibn Jaththāmah: He came to the Prophet ﷺ with a wild donkey. He returned it and said: We are in a state of iḥrām; we do not eat hunted game.
