English Translation
Muʿāwiyah described the wuḍūʾ of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ for them: he wiped his head with a handful of water until the water dripped from his head — or nearly dripped. He showed them the wuḍūʾ of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ: when he reached wiping the head, he placed his palms on the front of his head, then passed them back until he reached the nape, then returned them to where he started.
