قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ حَبَّانَ بْنِ وَاسِعٍ

عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ يَوْمًا فَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدَيْهِ

English Translation
Mūsā ibn Dāwūd narrated to us, Ibn Lahīʿah narrated to us, from Ḥabbān ibn Wāsiʿ, from his father, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Zayd ibn ʿĀṣim who said: I saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ perform wuḍūʾ one day, and he wiped his head with fresh water — not with the remaining water on his hands.
