English Translation

ʿAbd al-Razzāq narrated to us, Maʿmar narrated to us, from al-Zuhrī, from Jaʿfar ibn Umayyah al-Ḍamrī, from his father: that he saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cut pieces from a shoulder and eat, then the muʾadhdhin came, so he put down the knife, stood for prayer, and did not perform wuḍūʾ.
