حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ
الْقُرَشِيِّ أَنَّهُ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ مَعَ مُعَاذِ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ أَوْ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ صَلَاتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْغَدَاةِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ

English Translation
Naṣr ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated from his grandfather Muʿādh ibn ʿAfrāʾ al-Qurashī that he performed ṭawāf around the Kaʿbah with Muʿādh ibn ʿAfrāʾ after ʿAṣr — or after Ṣubḥ — and he did not pray, so I asked him. He said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "No prayer after two prayers: after Fajr until the sun rises, and after ʿAṣr until the sun sets."
