حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِ

يلُ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ مِرْدَاسٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ يُقْبَضُ الصَّالِحُ الْأَوَّلُ فَالْأَوَّلُ وَيَبْقَى كَحُثَالَةِ التَّمْرِ

English Translation
Mirdās al-Aslamī said: the Prophet ﷺ said: 'The righteous depart, one after another, and there remain husks like the husks of barley or dates. Allah pays no regard to them whatsoever.'
