حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّانُ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ أَبُو تَمَّامٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَل
َّمَ إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتَ فَأَحْسَنْتَ وُضُوءَكَ ثُمَّ خَرَجْتَ عَامِدًا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَا تُشَبِّكَنَّ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِكَ قَالَ قُرَّانُ أُرَاهُ قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ فِي صَلَاةٍ

English Translation
Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, from al-Ḥakam and Qurrān, from Abū Yaḥyā Maʿbad, from Ibn ʿAbbās, from Kaʿb ibn ʿUjrah رضي الله عنه who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you performs wuḍūʾ then goes out to the mosque, let him not interlace his fingers' — Qurrān said: 'I think he said: for he is in a state of prayer.'
