حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ

أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَبْرِدُوا بِالظُّهْرِ فَإِنَّ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ

English Translation
Wakīʿ narrated to us, from Bashīr ibn Salmān, from al-Qāsim ibn Ṣafwān, from his father رضي الله عنه, from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Delay the Ẓuhr prayer to a cooler time, for the intensity of heat is from the emanation of Jahannam.'
