حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ زَكَرِ
يَّا قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ يَخْطُبُ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادِّهِمْ وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ مَثَلُ الْجَسَدِ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى
Isnad Chain
يحيى بن سعيد
English Translation
Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us: Shuʿbah narrated to us, from Qatādah, from al-Nuʿmān ibn Bashīr رضي الله عنه, from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'The likeness of the believers in their mutual love, mercy, and compassion is like the body: when one limb complains, the rest of the body responds with sleeplessness and fever.'
