English Translation
Yaḥyā narrated to us, from Shuʿbah: Abū Isḥāq narrated to us, saying: I heard al-Barāʾ ibn ʿĀzib say: the Prophet ﷺ made a treaty with the people of Makkah that they would stay for three days and would not enter it except with weapons in their sheaths (julubbān al-silāḥ). I asked: What is julubbān al-silāḥ? He said: The sword case and what is in it.
