حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِيَادٍ حَدَّثَ

نَا إِيَادٌ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ وَارْفَعْ مِرْفَقَيْكَ

English Translation
ʿAffān narrated to us: ʿUbaydullāh ibn Iyād narrated to us: Iyād narrated to us, from al-Barāʾ ibn ʿĀzib, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When you prostrate, place your palms down and raise your elbows."
