حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلَ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ الْجَنَّةَ نُودُو
ا يَا أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ إِنَّ لَكُمْ مَوْعِدًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ لَمْ تَرَوْهُ فَقَالُوا وَمَا هُوَ أَلَمْ تُبَيِّضْ وُجُوهَنَا وَتُزَحْزِحْنَا عَنْ النَّارِ وَتُدْخِلْنَا الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ فَيُكْشَفُ الْحِجَابُ فَيَنْظُرُونَ إِلَيْهِ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا أَعْطَاهُمْ اللَّهُ شَيْئًا أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِمْ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ تَلَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ { لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا الْحُسْنَى وَزِيَادَةٌ }

English Translation
Yazīd ibn Hārūn narrated to us, Ḥammād ibn Salamah informed us, from Thābit al-Bunānī, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Laylā, from Ṣuhayb, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the people of Paradise enter Paradise, they will be called: 'O people of Paradise! You have a promise with Allah that He has not yet shown you.' They will say: 'What is it? Has He not brightened our faces, saved us from the Fire, and admitted us to Paradise?' Then the veil will be lifted, and they will gaze upon Him. By Allah, Allah never gave them anything more beloved to them than gazing upon Him." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited: {For those who have done good is the best reward and more} [10:26].
