Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ

قَالَ كُنَّا إِذَا جِئْنَاهُ قُلْنَا حَدِّثْنَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّا قَدْ كَبُرْنَا وَنَسِينَا وَالْحَدِيثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَدِيدٌ

English Translation
Zayd ibn Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that 'We have grown old and have forgotten, and narrating from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is a serious matter.' Or the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it.
