حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقْبَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالنُّعَيْمَانِ ق
َدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَضَرَبُوهُ بِالْأَيْدِي وَالْجَرِيدِ وَالنِّعَالِ قَالَ وَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ ضَرَبَهُ

English Translation
ʿUqbah ibn al-Ḥārith narrated: Al-Nuʿaymān was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, having drunk wine. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered those in the house to beat him, and they struck him with their hands, palm branches, and sandals. And I was among those who struck him.
