English Translation

Muḥammad ibn Muqātil narrated to us, ʿAbbād ibn al-ʿAwwām informed us, al-Ḥajjāj narrated to us, from ʿAbd Allāh, the freed slave of Banū Hāshim — he said: and he was trustworthy, and al-Ḥakam used to take [knowledge] from him — from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Laylā, from Usayd ibn Ḥuḍayr, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he was asked about camel milk, and he said: 'Perform wuḍūʾ after drinking their milk.' And he was asked about sheep milk, and he said: 'You need not perform wuḍūʾ after drinking their milk.'
