حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَابِسٍ عَنْ أَبِي فَزَارَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ فِيمَا أَعْلَمُ شَكَّ مُوسَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اعْتَكَفَ فِي قُبَّةٍ مِنْ خُوصٍ
English Translation
ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us, Mūsā ibn Dāwūd narrated to us, ʿAlī ibn ʿĀbis narrated to us, from Abū Fazārah, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Laylā, from his father — as far as I know, Mūsā was uncertain — that the Prophet ﷺ performed iʿtikāf in a tent made of palm leaves.
