حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُكْثِرُ زِيَارَةَ الْأَنْصَارِ خَاصَّةً وَعَامَّةً فَكَانَ إِذَا زَارَ خَاصَّةً أَتَى الرَّجُلَ فِي مَنْزِلِهِ وَإِذَا زَارَ عَامَّةً أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ
English Translation
ʿAffān narrated to us, Hammām narrated to us, a man from the Anṣār narrated to us, that Abū Bakr ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Qays narrated to him that his father narrated to him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to visit the Anṣār frequently, both individually and collectively. When he visited them individually, he would go to the man's house; and when he visited them collectively, he would go to the mosque.
