Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَن مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْن
Body (Matn)
ٍ قَالَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فُلَانًا لَا يُفْطِرُ نَهَارَ الدَّهْرِ فَقَالَ لَا أَفْطَرَ وَلَا صَامَ
English Translation
Ismā‘īl narrated to us, from al-Jurayrī, from Abū al-‘Alā’ ibn al-Shikhkhīr, from Mutarrif, from ‘Imrān ibn Husayn, who said: It was said: O Messenger of Allāh, so-and-so never breaks his fast during the day, ever. He said: He has neither broken his fast nor truly fasted.
