English Translation
Yaḥyā ibn Ādam narrated to us, Isrāʾīl narrated to us, from Abū Isḥāq, from al-Aswad, who said: Abū Mūsā said: ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib رضي الله تعالى عنه reminded us of a prayer we used to pray with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that we had either forgotten or deliberately abandoned — saying the takbīr every time he bowed, every time he raised, and every time he prostrated.
