حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ وَرَوْحٌ قَالَ ثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ سَرَيْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا كَانَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ عَرَّسْنَا فَلَمْ نَسْتَيْقِظْ حَتَّى أَيْقَظَنَا حَرُّ الشَّمْسِ فَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ مِنَّا يَقُومُ دَهِشًا إِلَى طَهُورِهِ قَالَ فَأَمَرَهُمْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْكُنُوا ثُمَّ ارْتَحَلْنَا فَسِرْنَا حَتَّى إِذَا ارْتَفَعَتْ الشَّمْسُ تَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالً
ا فَأَذَّنَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ أَقَامَ فَصَلَّيْنَا فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا نُعِيدُهَا فِي وَقْتِهَا مِنْ الْغَدِ قَالَ أَيَنْهَاكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى عَنْ الرِّبَا وَيَقْبَلُهُ مِنْكُمْ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ زَعَمَ الْحَسَنُ أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ أَسْرَيْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةً فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yazīd said: Hishām informed us. And Rawḥ said: Hishām narrated to us, from al-Ḥasan, from ʿImrān ibn Ḥuṣayn, who said: We traveled by night with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When it was the end of the night, we camped and did not wake up until the heat of the sun awoke us. Each man among us began rising in confusion to his ablution water. the Prophet ﷺ ordered them to be calm. Then we set off and traveled until the sun rose high. He performed ablution, then ordered Bilāl to give the adhān. He prayed the two rakʿahs before Fajr, then the iqāmah was called and we prayed. They said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, shall we not repeat it at its proper time tomorrow?’ He said: ‘Does your Lord تبارك وتعالى forbid you from ribā (interest) and then accept it from you?’ Muʿāwiyah narrated to us, Zāʿidah narrated to us, from Hishām, who said: al-Ḥasan claimed that ʿImrān ibn Ḥuṣayn narrated to him, saying: ‘We traveled by night with the Prophet ﷺ one night.’ Then he mentioned the hadith.
