English Translation

Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, he said: Shuʿbah narrated to us, from ʿAmr ibn Murrah, he said: I heard Abū Burdah narrating from Abū Mūsā that the Prophet ﷺ gave a sermon and addressed the people at the ẓuhr prayer. He said: 'After this, O people, fear Allah عز وجل. For indeed, there is not a single injustice committed by a man against another man that he commits — concerning blood, or property, or honor — except that it will be settled on the Day of Resurrection, even if it is the beating of the rod. Be aware that no injustice is lawful for a Muslim against another Muslim except what Allah has made lawful of his blood, his wealth, and his honor.' When you enter the mosques of the Muslims and their marketplaces — or the marketplaces of the Muslims and their mosques — while you have arrows with you, hold them by their heads so that you do not strike any Muslim and harm him or wound him.
