حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ ثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ ع

َن غُنَيْمِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَن الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ اسْتَعْطَرَتْ فَمَرَّتْ بِقَوْمٍ لِيَجِدُوا رِيحَهَا فَهِيَ زَانِيَةٌ

English Translation
Hushaym narrated to us, he said: ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān — Abū Naṣr — narrated to us, from Muṣʿab ibn Shaybah, from Ṭalq ibn Ḥabīb, from Abū Burdah, from Abū Mūsā from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Any woman who perfumes herself and passes by a gathering so that they may smell her fragrance — she is an adulteress.'
