َّائِبِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَرْءُ أَحَقُّ بِعَيْنِ مَالِهِ حَيْثُ عَرَفَهُ وَيَتَّبِعُ الْبَيْعُ بَيْعَهُ

English Translation
Zakariyyā ibn Abī Zakariyyā narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, from Mūsā ibn al-Sā’ib, from Qatādah, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘A person has more right to his exact property wherever he recognizes it, and the sale pursues the one who sold it.’
