حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَن قَتَادَةَ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنْ الْبَيْعِ

English Translation
‘Affān narrated to us, Hammām narrated to us, from Qatādah, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Two parties in a sale have the option as long as they have not separated, or each has taken what he was satisfied with from the sale.’
