Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَن عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ
أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَن أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا لَمْ يَجِدْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ مِائَةِ عَامٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Bakra (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever kills a person under a treaty without just cause will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance can be detected from a distance of a hundred years' journey.'
