English Translation

It was narrated from Sallam ibn 'Amr, from an old man among the Companions (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Your brothers are your servants whom Allah has placed under your authority. Whoever has his brother under his authority, let him feed him from what he eats, clothe him from what he wears, and do not burden them with what they cannot bear.'
