حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا عُيَيْنَةُ عَ

نْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ لِتِسْعٍ يَبْقَيْنَ أَوْ لِسَبْعٍ يَبْقَيْنَ أَوْ لِخَمْسٍ أَوْ لِثَلَاثٍ أَوْ آخِرِ لَيْلَةٍ

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Bakra (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Seek it in the last ten nights — meaning Laylat al-Qadr — in the odd-numbered nights.'
