حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ عَنْ سُفْ

يَانَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ قَائِمًا وَيَجْلِسُ بَيْنَ الْخُطْبَتَيْنِ وَيَقْرَأُ آيَاتٍ وَيُذَكِّرُ النَّاسَ

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samura (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to deliver the sermon standing, would sit between the two portions of the sermon, would recite some verses, and would remind people.
